Refund Policy

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item(s), contact us through email: kc.kendalls.closet@gmail.com within 3 three business days. We ask that you include your order number to make the process quick. 

Items ordered can be returned and a refund will be issued. 

• All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 

• Returned items must remain unworn for sanitary reasons unless it is the following items: (handbags, glasses, bracelets, and rings.)

• Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. 

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.

Orders will take 5-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. We offer first-class and expedited shipping. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate.  We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses placed with your order. We will re-ship your order at an extra cost. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Thank you.
